
Danika Kelly is a health and wellness professional and trained socio-cultural scholar in issues around female health and representation. For the past 14 years she’s worked globally focusing on health advancement and knowledge translation in developing economies.
Danika has a strong history of leadership excellence in the social innovation space—winning awards and recognition from Telus and The Future of Good, DMZ Woman of the Year, FemTech Analytics, Femtech Focus, Alberta Women Entrepreneurs, and more. Danika acts as an advisor on sex and gender equity to the Commonwealth Businesswomen Network and the United Nations Office of Outer Space Affairs.

Renee Kokts-Porietis is a trained epidemiologist who specializes in person-first and population level female health research. Renee is the Research and Development and Machine Learning lead at My Normative. Her experience with clinical studies, data analytics and, time-to-event biostatistical modeling has enabled her work to focus on addressing gaps in knowledge for underrepresented female populations.
Renee’s academic career has been supported by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, Government of Alberta and the University of Calgary.

Dr. William Adams is currently the Associate Director of Sports Medicine Research with the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee where he oversees the Sports Medicine Research Program focused on injury and illness prevention in sport. He also is the Director of the US Coalition for the Prevention of Illness and Injury in sport, which is one of twelve International Olympic Committee designated Research Centres that are located around the world.
Dr. Adams also holds appointments at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and the University of Colorado—Colorado Springs. Dr. Adams research areas of expertise are focused on optimizing human health and performance and currently has over 110 publications in scientific journals or edited textbooks on these topics.

Eve Blossom is a social impact serial entrepreneur, a seasoned advisor, mentor and investor in technology, digital health and women’s healthcare. Eve builds and invests in ventures that transform how we define, access and interact with care. She has been active in startup and growth companies for over two decades nationally and internationally. Eve is an Associate at Creative Destruction Lab, an author and an Aspen Institute fellow.

Gord is a civil and industrial engineer with over 30 years of experience in work systems design and operations management. He has played a key role in the design and development of online transaction systems and has extensive experience facilitating large groups to create networks and collaborative work methods.
For over 20 years, Gord has specialized in research administration, higher education, and the health sciences sector, earning a reputation as a preeminent leader in digital system design and deployment for research administration. His thought leadership in data classification, security, workflow processes, rationalization, and knowledge mobilizationhas made him a highly sought-after expert in the field.

Peter is an expert in enterprise-level procurement, digital health, and medical device commercialization, with a deep focus on revenue models, strategic selling, and international market expansion. He is also highly skilled in executive talent development. Known as a “health systems agitator,” he has held senior and executive roles at GE Healthcare, Greenshield Canada, Alberta Health Services, and the Ontario Public Service. Peter thrives in organizations undergoing existential change, particularly those redefining health systems through quality, innovation, and citizen-centered care. His experience spans both the buy and sell sides of multi-million-dollar contracts in Canada and the U.S.
Previously, Peter served as Board Chair of eHealth Ontario, overseeing a $280M healthcare IT agency before its integration into Ontario Health. He was also Board Vice-Chair of The Community for Excellence in Health Governance. Currently, he sits on the Advisory Board of Wosler Corp, a robotics-guided tele-sonography platform, and serves as Chair of the Board Finance Committee at Imagine Citizens Network.

Rebecca is a highly accomplished President, Senior Executive, and Advisory Board Member with over 25 years of cross-sector experience in financial and risk management, strategy development, marketing, and start-up scaling. She specializes in the energy and technology sectors, having held executive positions in NYSE- and TSE-listed companies, as well as start-ups and a boutique consultancy firm.
Throughout her career, Rebecca has collaborated with government agencies, post-secondary institutions, and both public and private entities, playing a key role in the innovation ecosystem. She has successfully secured various levels of financing and established critical financial and operational systems essential for scaling commercial start-ups. Known for leading transformational change and driving long-term growth, she excels in developing and implementing disruptive strategies that create significant shareholder and stakeholder value.

Cate is the lead developer for My Normative. She brings with her several years of experience in software development, has worked in healthcare in the past, and is excited to be working on this project. When she’s not refactoring code and adjusting algorithms, Cate likes to enjoy time outdoors and loves to fly.

Jasmine Shaw is a professional engineer, project manager and changemaker with 7 years experience in systems engineering and project management across the defence, aerospace, and tech industries. Jasmine is a relentless advocate for women in STEM and has led initiatives across the country that have impacted hundreds of women.
She is the host of #TechTalks, an interview series featuring women that are thriving in STEM.

Randy is an experienced early and growth stage commercial leader.
Most recently he built the commercial team for a speech analytics provider that received a breakthrough device designation from the FDA for longitudinal tracking of motor & cognitive symptoms.
Previously he worked extensively in leading early commercialization of Decentralized Clinical Trial software and Digital Biomarkers in RWE.

Renee Elkhoury is a Business Development Associate at My Normative, where she supports strategic partnerships, funding initiatives, and growth opportunities that advance data-driven innovation in women’s health. With an international background spanning Canada, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, Renee brings a global perspective to building meaningful collaborations. She holds a Master’s in Business Management from Ivey Business School and is passionate about advancing solutions that close critical gaps in women’s health data and care.

Tanya is a dynamic operations and implementation leader who’s passionate about using technology to make people’s lives easier. With a background in implementation, business analysis and business process transformation, she’s all about building systems and processes that are both effective and human-centered. Whether simplifying workflows or finding creative implementation solutions, Tanya brings a mindset focused on making tech feel intuitive and impactful.
She has a proven track record of delivering high-impact results in both client-facing and internal roles. At Benevity, she led over 50 projects in just three years and played a key role in onboarding their Fortune 500 clients. At Avanti, Tanya spearheaded business operations – driving net new revenue strategies, increasing project output, and dramatically reducing implementation time to value. As a people-first leader, she also hired and developed new team members, cultivating a culture of high performance, efficiency, and innovation.

Ted is a software engineer with seven years of experience in diverse fields. He does not only bring technical expertise but also a mindset that values progress and adaptability over perfection. His enthusiasm lies in contributing his skills and experience to the team, driven by a passion for constructing scalable and reliable backend systems.
